As East Stroudsburg University has an acceptance rate of 83  percent, its admissions are not highly competitive. ESU supports over 7,000 students with a student/faculty ratio of 24 to 1. The school offers a total of 59 undergraduate and 22 graduate degree programs across a wide range of academic departments.
